Luhenix Trusted Technology Partner
EN PT

Technology is the easy part.

The hard part is understanding the real problem, making it clear, and deciding what actually needs to be done.

LUHENIX is a technology partner for organisations facing unexpected challenges, demanding projects or complex decisions.

We start by understanding the problem, design the solution with you, and deliver it.

01 / When

Most people come to us with a situation, not a shopping list.

These are the conversations that tend to start a relationship with LUHENIX. If one of them sounds close to yours, we have probably been there before.

The next decision is hard to reverse.
Platform, architecture, build or buy. When the cost of being wrong is measured in years, the decision deserves proper thought.
There is no senior technical voice in the room.
Decisions get made by whoever is most confident, by the supplier, or not at all.
A business initiative needs turning into something buildable.
The case is clear and the deadline is real. The technical path between them is not.
The system has stopped keeping up with the growth.
Every change costs more than the last one, and the team can feel it long before the numbers show it.
The team can execute, but cannot decide.
The technical capability is there. What is missing is direction, clear priorities, and someone to own the hard decisions.
You need an independent read on a proposal, whether it comes from inside or outside.
Someone technical on your side of the table, with no interest in selling an answer more complicated than the problem requires.
Cloud and infrastructure have become fragile, expensive, or both.
It grew one decision at a time, until nobody had the whole picture any more.
Something important has already gone wrong.
What matters now is an honest assessment, a way forward, and people who will stay through it.

None of these are, strictly speaking, technology problems.

They are decisions with technical consequences. That is the work.

02 / What

Four areas of work. Most projects touch more than one.

Our value does not depend on any particular technology. It is the ability to work out what should be done, why and how to do it well — and then to do it.

Technology leadership

Senior technical judgement where the decisions are actually made. We act as a CTO-level counterpart to founders, executives and boards — weighing options, making the trade-offs explicit, and putting a position on the table that you can challenge.

Architecture and modernisation

Understanding a system as it really is, deciding what it needs to become, and sequencing the change so the business keeps running while it happens. Modernisation is rarely a rewrite; it is a series of reversible steps in the right order.

Cloud, infrastructure and delivery

The parts that decide whether software is dependable on a Tuesday afternoon: how it is deployed, how it is observed, how it fails, what it costs, and how quickly a change can reach production safely.

Product and software engineering

Building, when building is the right answer. Software architecture and hands-on development by people who will also have to live with the result — with security, testing and maintainability treated as part of the work rather than a later phase.

03 / How

Discover. Design. Deliver.

Three words that describe a real sequence: first we understand the problem, then we make the decisions explicit, and only then do we move to delivery. We do not jump to the solution just because building is the easier place to start.

01 / Discover

Understand before solving.

We start with the problem, the context, the constraints and the people — not with a technology. What already exists, what is actually painful, what has been tried, what cannot change, and what success would look like to the people who will live with the result.

You get: an honest picture of the situation, including the parts nobody enjoys saying out loud.

02 / Design

Make the decisions explicit.

Understanding becomes choices: architecture, priorities, sequence, what to build and what to leave alone. We surface the alternatives, the risks and the costs, so the decision belongs to you and still makes sense when it is questioned six months later.

You get: a clear direction, and the reasoning that supports it.

03 / Deliver

Stay until it works.

Direction becomes a working outcome — built by us, built together with your team, or under our technical leadership. Delivery is where architecture meets reality, so we treat reliability, security and operability as part of the build rather than as a later phase.

You get: something in production and an organisation better able to carry it.

04 / Engagement

How we work together depends on the problem.

Some organisations need a few hours of senior judgement a month. Others need someone inside the team, or a complete delivery. We adapt the way we work to the problem, not the other way round.

Advisory
A senior technical voice available on a regular basis, helping founders, executives and boards make decisions as they come up.
Defined project
We come in to solve a specific problem, with a beginning, an end and an expected outcome — from the initial analysis through to the recommendation or the implementation.
Embedded leadership
We take on technical responsibility inside the organisation for a period, working alongside the team and the people who make the decisions.
End-to-end delivery
We take on the problem from discovery through to something real in production, bringing together the skills it needs and remaining accountable for the outcome.

Many relationships start small.

A conversation, a decision or a defined project. When it makes sense to continue, we already know enough of the context to be useful without starting from scratch.

05 / Why

What actually sets us apart.

Every technology company claims quality and partnership. These are the specific commitments we are willing to be held to.

The people you meet are the people who do the work.

We are deliberately small and senior. Nothing is sold by one person and handed down to someone learning on your budget.

We tell you what we think.

Including when the answer is to build less, to buy instead of build, to keep the system you have, or to stop. Independent judgement is worth little if it is only ever agreeable.

Business context comes before technology.

What the organisation is trying to achieve, what it can absorb and what it can sustain is what defines the architecture. Not the other way round.

Architecture has to work outside the diagram.

We design for the team that will operate it, the budget that will pay for it and the constraints that will not go away. Elegance that nobody can run is a failure.

Security and reliability are not a later phase.

They are decisions taken early, cheaply, and revisited — not a hardening exercise scheduled after the deadline has already slipped.

We answer for what we recommend.

Recommendations are easy to write and hard to live with. We would rather be measured on what happened next than on the document we delivered.

06 / Who

The people you'll work with.

Complementary profiles, used to being in the decision as much as in the delivery.

Our promise

Clarity to decide.
Capability to deliver.

When we leave, two things should have changed: the problem should be clearer, and the organisation more able to act. If only one of those happens, we have done half the job.

Tell us what you are working on.

What happens next

  • A conversation, not a sales pitch. Usually 45 minutes, with the people who know the problem and are accountable for it.
  • We say early whether we are the right people. If we are not, we say so too — and, when we can, we point you to someone who can help.
  • If it fits, we propose a small, bounded first step, with a clear cost, before anything larger is discussed.
